Olivia was great! I called about a weak battery and he got me in right away and replaced the battery. And also noticed that my brake fluid needed changed and did that too.

Tim Peterson ALWAYS does a fabulous job! I am always completely comfortable turning my car over to him. He understands and reviews what I want, keeps me updated on progress and readiness, and arranges for loaner cars when they are an option. I have also gone to him for assistance with non-service questions about BMWs in general. We've had 6 so far, and he's a great source of ongoing information. I highly recommend Tim and hope that his competence doesn't ever make him too busy to work with me!
