It was very smooth, got there, told them what I needed (no appointment) and everything was solved for me same day. Definitely recommend as their prices are a deal. I live an 1 1/2 hours away but came here because in northern VA they quoted me DOUBLE for the same job. WILL be returning fir any further maintenance.

Crown BMW on West Broad is the best. I drive an hour from Charlottesville for any and all service needs. Communication is excellent, all work is performed in a timely and accurate manner, and the car is returned clean. Mind you, coming from Charlottesville is not always the most efficient manner and I pass another BMW dealership that failed several times in all the service categories. Crown BMW on West Broad is the best.
