Crown Richmond BMW has provided outstanding service to me for over 10+ years. I have received 5 star treatment by staff working in sales, repair and labor. I am truly greatful for their guidance and understanding toward me during the COVID pandemic. They deserve great recognition for what they do for customers and the community. Much appreciated! I stopped in to crown BMW when my CEL “check engine light” came on while headed to Alexandria for an emissions test. Thomas was absolutely amazing! After the job was completed, the light returned, prompting a trip to the dealer in Alexandria where it remained for five days. I was asked to return it to Crown to be diagnosed and repaired after Alexandria became problematic in the repair process. After two days it was discovered that Alexandria made a mistake by crushing the wire harness network for the NVLD system. Crown took the time to test the entire system to make sure everything was correct. James the GM Tommy the Sales Manager, Quinton in parts and Alex the service/Parts Manager went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my car was 💯 before putting me back on the road. I’ve had an experience with BMW in Richmond years past as a student at VCU, so it was great to know the reputation and service is still top notch 21 years later. I’m considering moving back to Virginia soon and Crown would definitely be my go to place for any and all BMW needs in the future! Thank you for such an amazing experience.🤗 p.s. I cannot forget what an amazing experience I had with Manaya “The Beauty Pageant Queen 👑/ the loaner coordinator” as well as the porter receiving the cars into service. They brightened my day and helped to lift my spirits in the midst of the madness in my extended time away from home.

Extremely happy with the service from Richmond BMW. They were transparent and communicated everything honestly and efficiently. Although Midlothian BMW is closer to my residence, I will gladly make the extra drive to go to this dealership for service and questions in the future. The professionalism difference between the two dealerships is night and day. Highly recommend everyone to stay away from the Midlothian BMW and just go to Richmond BMW for honest and trustworthy work on your vehicle. Having a father in the dealership field, I have seen first hand good and bad dealerships. And Richmond BMW is a GREAT dealership. Thank you again for the service y’all preformed!
