As usual, Tim Peterson was excellent as my SA when I had to take my M3 in. His knowledge and customer service are the best and in the end, he is the reason why I come back to Crown BMW for service.

From the moment I stepped in the dealership, the customer service was excellent. Paul fully explained everything that was going to take place, showed me the lounge area, and set me up with the shuttle so I could take care of other things while I waited. Although I initially declined additional services, I was able to reach out to Paul, and request an oil change. He told me exactly how much longer it would take on top of the recall services, and by the time I returned to the dealership my car was ready. I would say that the way the service department functions is something that other dealerships should strive for.

After meeting Steve in 2019 we vowed to buy our next car from him, and willingly drove twelve hours to take delivery of our new vehicle in Richmond. Had a good experience. A Service Advisor came out right away to take my car back. Got me checked in at his desk. Had some friendly morning talk. Kept me posted on my car through out the process. Gave me a break down on the maintenance service I will need done soon . I was on my way out.
