Everyone at Crown Automotive attends to my car needs and works to provide excellent customer service. Paul and the rest of the front crew work hard to make sure everything is right.

The visit (and I travel far) was a bit shocking. I refuse to pay $4k for a blinking light (headlight assembly) that is not working properly. I understand I own a BMW and I'm talking to a dealership but that is beyond crazy and ridiculous. That cost more than tires or anything else I was quoted that day.

Extremely pleased. There was a mix up in the specs for the X5 I ordered (because I built the vehicle online using 2020 specs and the vehicle was produced under the 2021 specs) resulting in the vehicle being delivered from the factory missing certain options. The dealership made the situation right by ordering a replacement vehicle with the correct options. My thanks to Steve and Akshay for their patience and perseverance in ensuring my total satisfaction with my new X5!
