Pleasant experience once greeting by staff.

BMW Richmond always does a great job. My only complaint was that I drove from Fredericksburg expecting to have a service done on my vehicle. Turns out it was too early for the service I repeatedly had emails saying needed to be done so I drove two hours to get a State inspection. I could have done that in Fredericksburg.
