The staff at Crown are exemplary. They handled my visit professionally from start to finish and could not have done better in their professionalism. All but one of my issues were taken care of promptly. I am having an issue with a mystery beeping in the vehicle that starts randomly and continues until the car has been off for 20 to 30 minutes. I took a video of this and they could not fix this as it was not repeatable onsite. This, of course, is not the fault of the staff but you can see where this is not a sustainable issue to have in the car. It happened again today and I took another video of it and this makes 3 times in about 5 months. the last two happened in a matter of two weeks. This will need to be addressed as driving a car with a non stop beeping noise is not an option. This is my only concern at this point and like I said it is not due to any lack of professionalism on behalf of the staff at crown. I do not think any service team anywhere could have fixed an issue they cannot repeat....so where does this leave me?

BMW of Richmond provided me with great service while they work on my car for a recall. Tom Gemellaro who was my service contact kept me up to speed on what's going on and provided me with a loaner while my car was being serviced on. The service tech and Tom where both knowledgeable and friendly. The showroom and service area where very clean. I would bring my BMW back to Richmond BMW to have it serviced.
