Excellent service!!

On our way to N.C. from NY Upstate, the car’s drive train malfunction and was towed to Crown BMW in Richmond. The diagnosis was done first thing in the AM, Tom and the service team were first class all the way. Provided shuttle from hotel to dealership and the job was completed in budget and in perfect timing. Follow up call from service advisor next day to insured car was performing well. Very grateful for their professionalism during tough times. Excellent service!

Overall I had a decent experience with my service. There was a bit of a mixup on pickup. I was told the car would be ready around 4:00. When I arrived at 4:30 it was still not ready. I was in a rush and I asked that the wash be skipped so that I could hit the road faster. Alas, they went ahead and washed the car. This was a little frustrating and I felt like my request could have been communicated better. That said, Paul and the team at Crown BMW are top notch.

Amazing service!

Estimated cost for work performed upon arrival did not match actual cost paid. While the actual bill was about a $100 less than the estimate, it should have been identical since we were simply installing two tires and performing a 4 wheel alignment. The same issue has happened on previous visits with my Z4. I purchased 3 BMW’s from BMW of Northwest Arkansas and found that anytime I went in for service the estimate I signed for service always matched the actual bill paid.

I had a great experience at Richmond BMW. They finished my car ahead of the advertised time and the service representative was very informative about the BMW products available.
