Customer service was quite busy on Saturday morning. The "Team" did an excellent job greeting customers even though the wait was extensive they were quite professional and thorough with each customer. Very good service !

Thomas Gemellaro, completely understood my service priorities depending on what they found. He followed that with keeping me updated. Never once did I wonder what was going on with my car. Thomas did an excellent job.

Fantastic front end customer service, however since the geniuses have been laid off, it has become increasingly difficult to get the issues resolved. The staff have done their best in location to assist and are polite, friendly and helpful whenever they can.

My service writer was knowledgeable and kept me informed through the process. The appointment took the exact amount of time quoted and my vehicle was returned to me nice and clean. Only 2 things need improvement: 1. The waiting room did not have coffee or beverages available like once before. My wait was 3 hours, which is a long wait without any amenities. 2. Loaner vehicles were not available to customers with long waits and I live 20 miles from the dealership so I couldn't even take advantage of the courtesy shuttle. Which brings me back to point #1.
