I came in to have tires balanced/aligned post flat tire on a Sunday evening, where I had to purchase a tire from a non-BMW dealer. My flat tire was under warranty and Paul Taylor, service manager, spent a lot of time patiently working through various problems encountered with the persons behind this tire warranty as they were being very black and white with terms of warranty although the incident occurred during a time when matter could not be handled. Knowing that problems would arise, Paul made these calls all the way through to resolution & he made sure appropriate documentation (photos) were made to submit withe the formal claim email. As usual, Paul Taylor provided exemplary Customer service. Thank you Paul !

Normally fine, but got multiple conflicting information concerning the process and warranty information for a replacement key for my under-warranty vehicle: 1) the service associate whom I spoke with on the phone; 2) the parts associate I spoke with in-person; 3) the first service associate I spoke with in-person; 4) the second service associate I spoke with in-person.

I was completely satisfied. Tommy Taylor, as usual, communicated with me on a timely basis. He is very professional in dealing with customers. The driver that picked up my car was polite and courteous. He used protective coverings for the steering wheel and driver's seat. All in all, I appreciate the steps taken to prevent an occurrence of COVID-19.

Had my battery replaced and coolant flushed. They did a great job. Quick, clean, with discounts applied. Paul Taylor is an excellent service manager - the BEST.
