Paul always provides me with great service. But the system which he uses has room for improvement. In the past when I've called in for an appointment, my information cannot always be pulled up even though I've been there before. This most recent time, my car required warranty work. The system said my car was a CPO vehicle with a $50 deductible even though I bought the car new and am the original owner. Both errors were minor but still a little annoying. Otherwise, great service!

Tom Gemellaro was waiting for me when I got there for my appointment. Took the car in immediately; kept me informed while I waited; had it done in the amount of time that he said it would take and it was cleaner than when I brought it in. Tom left me with the impression that my car was going to get very professional service. Since this was during coronavirus concerns he made sure that I was comfortable while I was in the waiting area.

Considering the difficulties of doing business in the midst of COVID - 19, the service experience was excellent. The service advisor was polite & professional throughout the process. Our only suggestions are: in emails notifying the customer of routine service required, please be very specific. We assumed the service was an oil change, but it was tire service, which I might have postponed, since it's a 2 hour drive to the dealership. Second, we hope that you will be able to restore the pick up/delivery service in the future. It's a very good option for customers who live in more rural or remote areas. I appreciate the home pick up and delivery service. The work was performed as promised on time and the car had been sanitized when it was returned. The driver was particularly courteous.
