First service only fixed part of the issue I brought it in for. When they realized that it had not been finished they took the car in same day and gave me a loaner, I appreciate Paul going the extra mile.

Richmond BMW Service center personnel are consistently very attentive to my needs. I live 40 miles out of the city, so I rarely drop-off. Instead, I wait and enjoy coffee, tea or pastries while I wait. For an oil change, I am in and out in a very timely manner. I am kept up to date on status via text and one-on-one communications. Great Job, Team!

For starters, I am very satisfied with the car I purchased. It's low mileage, beautifully detailed, and performs like you would hope from a BMW. The overall purchasing experience was excellent, with particular kudos to the salesperson, Joshua Garrett. This young man is very personable and a true professional in every way. I won't be surprised to find him in a management position at the dealership sometime soon.
