I have only had my car for a year but everytime I have brought it in the service was excellent. The only complaint I have is twice my car was supposed to get a courtesy cleaning and was disappointed in the results. Other than that no problem.

The experience was great the only thing is I thought they would reset the reader because it’s still showing I need a engine oil change, but everything was great and I was very satisfied with the service.

I had the best experience last week with Lazarus Joyner in helping me decide on my BMW X3. I absolutely love my new car and couldn’t be happier. Lazarus was fabulous. Super patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He had all the answers I needed and provided me with so many choices and options that it got harder to decide! Both times I came in, he dropped everything and gave me and my husband his undivided attention and help. Even when it seemed he should have been tired of questions and test driving with us, he was still enjoyable to be around and happy to help us. He made the experience a great one. It feels as if we gained a new friend. He had Mo training under him the day we purchased our vehicle. Mo was wonderful! He’s a great listener and took into account some of my dilemmas and provided sensible and helpful feedback. He has a pleasant demeanor and is very knowledgeable. I love how both Lazarus and Moe would answer our questions and then allow my husband and I to think and discuss things without charging in and trying to sway us one way or another. They were there when we needed us and happily provided us space when we needed it. They made our experience amazing! Thank you for having these incredible people in your group.
