I love that I can have my maintenance done on a Saturday! I dropped it off for routine maintenance and got it back within 2 hours, washed and vacuumed.

Truly an amazing experience. I was out of town trying to finalize the deal. The Crown team always returned my phone calls, answered all of my questions, sent additional pictures and even a video of the car. I never felt pressured at any point. I did have a few issues I wanted addressed concerning the car. The team fixed all of my concerns without any additional cost. Thank you RJ and all others who made the experience one I will never forget.

Mike Stevens was my customer service representative on my last visit. I brought my car in for a state inspection and waited for the car. While I waited , Mike had his service techs complete a diagnostic evaluation and noted 2 issues that he recommended be completed that would cost over $1000.00. When I informed him that I had mechanical breakdown insurance, he quickly got on the phone with my insurance company and actually spent over an hour getting all of the repairs covered which resulted in only having to pay my deductible for all of the repairs. While I waited, Mike updated me by text every step of the way and told me that he was "happy to help" and "wanted to assist in any way possible" with my insurance coverage. I was throughly impressed with Mike's service and will tell all my BMW friends to seek him out as their advisor on their next visit to your dealership. Thanks again.
