I had a wonderful hassle-free car buying experience at Richmond BMW. Everyone there was very friendly and polite. Lazarus was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Akshay, Anton, and Aaron were provided prompt assistance with the sale also. None of them were pressuring at all. I went in on a Thursday evening to look at a specific vehicle, test drove three and left on Friday with the third vehicle ( a 2019 X1). I am thoroughly enjoying this vehicle!!! More importantly, my car payment and insurance only increased modestly. So, I didn’t get home and feel uncomfortable about my choice. Thanks so much, Lazarus!!!!
