This was the most professional, high tech auto service department I've ever experienced. The service clerk sent me a txt w/all the details of MX being conducted on my X-1 which I bought in Germany. I appreciated the free oil change and filter; the cost to download the US maps (car had Europeon maps @ purchase) was more than I expected. I'll brief my German salesman. Also like the free 1 yr of SIRIUS radio which was part of the purchase in Kaiserslautern. Crown has a free mini-van service which I used as the MX took most of the day. Kudos to Jay their driver who was terrific. I'll be back to Crown for my X-1's MX.
