Brian was very nice— he kept me up on everything that needed to be done— gave me the pricing before hand and that’s what I paid when I picked up my car.

Sorry to hear Brian is leaving. The one thing that stands out is the communication on what is being done to your car. The other thing is that they do not try to upsell you. By upsell, I am talking about offering services that are not needed at this time but could increase the price of the invoice. Some customers may need this but others who are more knowledgeable about cars and car repair do not. The key is with the SA to read the customer and catering to his or her needs.

Despite needing a special order part, they were still able to get our 760 back on the road in just a few days. Also did a great job keeping me notified of the status of repairs.

I was impressed with the professionalism and kindness shown during my recent car purchase. I worked with Ken, who was both knowledgeable and a veteran owner himself. He knew all about the cars, and the stuff he didn't know, he went and found out the answers quickly for me. I felt he shot me straight, he talked about the features he liked, the ones he didn't, I just really appreciated the honest sales pitch. Obviously, these are gorgeous cars, but that doesn't mean they're perfect, and I appreciate honest feedback about what and why you like or don't like something. Paperwork and processing all went smooth and great. Definitely recommend.
