Paul was efficient, responsive and managed to deliver back my car ahead of schedule. He provided his personal cell in case I had any additional concerns. First class service - what I guess I should expect from BMW.

Mr. Taylor in the Service Dept was fantastic! I came in just after closing time with a flat tire. He asked a mechanic to clock back in to change 2 front tires and do an alignment. We were all there until after 7pm. I didn't get the mechanic's name, but they had "service with a smile" down pat. I really appreciate them helping me out!
