Paul and the service staff were amazing. A part needed to be shipped in from North Carolina so the repairs were going to take longer than expected, but Paul set me up with a loaner car well within ten minutes. When I got my car back I was pleased with the work performed. The only issue with my experience was when I was waiting in the customer lounge area. I was seated near the coffee and tea machines. Both associates from the parts department brushed up against me while I was seated. Everyone else had more than enough space with the exception of the associates in the parts department. Maybe someone can inform them that customer service should supersede coffee breaks.

We bought our certified pre-owned BMW from Crown Richmond BMW, and had a great experience. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, and the support staff was excellent. We drove more than three hours to make the purchase, and would do so again.

the service department could not have been any better, they are an awesome group and very professional. I would also like to mention what a great job the technician did on replacing the passenger side air-bad and the guys who washed/cleaned my car before I picked it up...these guys are unsung heroes and should recognized for the great work they do everyday!!
