After an unfortunate experience purchasing from another BMW dealer I took my CPO 750Lix to Richmond BMW and could not be happier. Paul in Service is terrific. He let me know of the mechanic's recommended repairs and kept me informed of progress. Repair costs were fair and reasonable. While waiting for my car, spoke with a couple of the sales team who were very friendly and not pushy. Have driven BMWs exclusively since 1976 and know good people and good service when it is encountered. Highly recommend Richmond BMW for purchases and service.

Working with Lazarus at Richmond BMW was a great experience. I initially reached out on an X5 posted on your site only to find that it had already been sold. He worked to understand what I was in the market for and notified me any time he came across something he thought would be a good match. I ultimately bought a sweet Audi Q7 and couldn't be happier. He was no pressure, very kind, informative and stayed in touch without being over-bearing.

I cannot commend my service manager, Paul Taylor, enough. Paul is always extremely courteous, detailed, and patient. His knowledge of BMW servicing needs is evident; however, Paul is particularly talented at translating technical requirements into layman's terms. This recent service visit required the purchase and installation of 2 new tires. This could have been a surprising expense; however, Paul took the time to forewarn me of this need on previous visits. When the Resist All treatment that I originally scheduled resulted in damage to my door handle, Paul went out of his way to ensure that I had transportation and that I was not inconvenienced. When I received subpar customer service from one of Paul's coworkers, Paul discreetly worked with his management team to ensure a positive outcome for me. Paul single-handedly turned an increasingly negative customer service experience into a positive one with tact and professionalism. Paul Taylor is an impressive representative for your company.
