I bought my newly purchased BMW 428i convertible in for an oil change. I was greeted with a warm friendly smile. They changed my oil, washed my car and gave me recommendations of future maintenance on my car. The waiting area was wonderful also. I will definitely use Richmond Crown Automotive again! I was well taken care of, but your prices are very inflated. The amount of money this car has cost me through service is an indicator of poor quality, and I now have the desire to not purchase another BMW though I was an avid fan. I’m currently selling both of mine, and will not consider purchasing one ever again unfortunately. Great drive, awesome styling but very poor quality.

From the beginning of the sale, which started by identifying the car I wanted, through the end of the sale, this dealership was transparent and fair. Using those two words to describe a vehicle sale at a car dealership is huge praise. I didn't feel pushed around once. I felt like I was included in all of the necessary conversations that pertained to the sale, and I was able to speak, and be received, honestly as well. As it usually does, the deal came down to price. They found the car that I wanted, but I was struggling with the price. After coming to them with logical reasons as to why I was countering their offer, they came back with the deal - they met my offer. This is the second car I've bought through Richmond BMW, and I'm not sure I'll purchase a car anywhere else, so long as they continue to treat customers like they treated me; fairly, and with transparency.

The saleswoman and financial manager made the purchase very easy and pleasant. A wonderful buying experience.
