This is the 3rd survey related to taking my X3 in for alignment, rotation and sate inspection. Not rocket science. BMW and dealers need to stop the stupidity. Its annoying.

I cannot thank Paul enough for giving me stellar service. He was ver consistent with letting me know the status of my vehicle. I was accommodated promptly. Customer Servicd is a big plus owning a BMW.

The people I interacted with were great, especially Tim. Kind, friendly, explained things well. A very personal feel to it, which I appreciated a lot. My only complaint is the cost of services. No matter how expensive the car, or the perceived expendable income BMW owners have, charging $135 in labor to change an air filter is just beyond reasonable, and sadly becomes the reason I would take my car elsewhere for repairs and maintenance.
