My experience in the initial sales and response as the buyer has been and was great. After my experience have been less then expected. Since my car broke down after one week. Has been at your facility since Monday. No communication and help as far as plan. No help with loaner to get to work.

I had the best car purchasing experience at Richmond BMW. The process was not stressful at all. It was very easy and simple. I have never experienced anything like it before. I love how my salesrep (Khalid) took the time to go over everything with me. He explained everything to me about the car. And he walked me through financing as well. The finance manager was awesome he took time to work with me too and it was not a stressful process. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Richmond BMW and I will definitely be referring everyone to you.
