There was not enough time to inspect my car from 930am to 5pm even though there were brake, check engine tire preasure and a triangle?? dash lights lit.. My fault i needed the car back. Thanks for fixing your recal though.

Very nice Service Dept. and environment. Very courteous and knowledgable staff. Was there for recall work. They completed the job very quickly, topped off fluids, washed car, and also completed an inspection of the car. Will visit them again.

My experience at Richmond BMW did NOT start out well. I was told there would be several cars to choose from when I scheduled a visit. Upon my arrival much to my chagrin, the cars were not there. Someone (who will remain nameless) dropped the ball. Needles to say, I was disappointed and had decided to take my business elsewhere. It was upsetting for many reasons. I had a fabulous experience in 2001 when my Mom and I purchased 2 brand new Z3's on the same day! When I was contacted by Daniel I was less than eager to work with him. Let me tell you this young man completely WON ME OVER!!!!! He actually BROUGHT THE CAR TO ME to test drive! He was tenacious! Daniel was extremely helpful in a GENUINE WAY! NOT a pushy way! Let me just say, I work in sales and want to recruit him! I will buy another car from Daniel Figuerdeo again! Lelia Gruwell
