Paul Taylor and the Service group went out of their way to solve my antenna problem and expedite the return of my 4 Series before I had to leave the country on vacation. This included someone driving to PA to pick up a part. Now that’s impeccable service!!!

My car was scheduled for service at 10:30 on Saturday. My problem is with the after service follow through. The were no problems with the service until I got in my car and saw that the cleaning crew had scratched the woodgrain center console. I pointed it out to the service rep., Tim, who told me he would take care of it by replacing the damaged woodgrain. I have yet to receive a call to give me a status.

I am very experienced with auto repair and typically only go to the dealer for issues that require more detailed knowledge or equipment to handle. Finally a service rep (Thomas) that actually knows auto mechanics and can put me in direct contact with the tech to make sure my car gets fixed correctly the first time. Nice job!

Great experience at the dealership. I was having the aribag recall done and scheduled it through the national phone number that was sent to me. The dealership didn't get the appointment from national but fit me in quickly anyway.

Tim Peterson and Tech Richard are the only reasons I now come to Richmond BMW. Recently, the dealership has lost SEVERAL employees for whatever reason. Shame. Tim Peterson is the last of the ‘original’ crew dating back almost 5YRS that I’ve been visiting your dealership. The amount of money I’ve spent is significant over the years BUT well worth it because both Tim Peterson and Tech Richard have always made me feel like the most important person at the dealership at the time of visit. Both these gentlemen’s customer service skills are the standard by which all your staff should strive to emulate and be judged on. I will no longer associate with Richmond BMW if Tim Peterson departs. Shame on Asbury Motor Group for showing next to no loyalty to your employees - and your customers, to some degree - and releasing your staff left and right at Richmond BMW. I have nothing pleasant to say about your [new] GM so I’ll keep the comments to myself.
