Tim Peterson is the only reason why I come to Richmond BMY. He is advisor extraordinaire, always taking the time to explain things to me. I have spent a lot of money with service but there is an element of comfort that I get when I talk to Tim. He is empathetic and relates to the customer. Above all else, I always get the feeling of being taken care of by a honest guy.

My car was taken to the dealer's service department with a punctured tire and a leaking oil gasket. Despite the fact the appointment was for a Saturday, the Service Manager who managed the repairs kept me apprised of the nature, cost and status of the work, and the service department was able to complete everything perfectly by the end of the day, as promised.

I was very pleased with the service. I made my appointment a week in advance and was given a loaner while my car was being repaired. I was update with the repairs and the vehicle was ready when they stated it would be. Very satisfied!

I had a very good experience with Richmond Crown BMW. I was looking for a used Mazda 6 and found it at your dealership. Everyone was very helpful and informative during the purchase.
