A pretty good experience overall was aware of potential costs ect looks like dainogsis was in best interest..Still trying to have right rear passenger seat looked at and fund reason wobt lock after 2 visits.

The visit was very professional and Stefon was very helpful. Him and the finance team helped a lot to get me into the car and, in the end, were very fair. I do travel a lot for work and on my first trip noticed a lot of alignment issues. This was surprising since the carfax showed that BMW performed an alignment, balance, and put on new tires. I did have to pay over $200 off the cuff for an alignment in a different state which I shouldn't have had to do.
