Excellent experience all the way around.

All went very well during my visit to get my car service. I am pleased. The person that waited on me was very professional and knowledgeable. The courtesy driver wanted to know if I needed a ride home after I had been their about an hour. Was not offed a courtesy car (this was offed when I took my SLK250MB ).

I had such a great experience here the last time I took my cars in for annual inspection. My service advisor and the technician where knowledgeable and offered great advice on things I could do my self. I'll definitely be back.

Look there is no dealer that gets it.. the it factor like Richmond BMW..Pam the (GM) is a old soul car “guy”..I walk in and say hey I want your car will you buy mine and get me outta here, and she does it every time..I just wish I had more money to buy more cars from her because she (Gets It!!!) that is soooo important...whatever your buying give her a chance to show you how (Great) she is!
