Love having Tim as a service advisor!!!!

I was visiting a friend in VA and decided to have my car serviced while there. I am currently from Delaware and very unhappy with my closest dealer. From the time I called for an appointment to the time I drive away, I could not have been more pleased ! Thanks so much to Travis for being so attentive and taking the time to go above and beyond. Also to the woman that handles appointments (sorry I don’t have her name), and the young man that brought my car around. I expect great service from BMW and you all exceeded my expectations ! Thanks again, I will return.

Matt was ecellent in every way . He explained everthing to me in full detail. Htook care of me. Hs a caring and honest person. Paul i service was excellent too in every way. He goes out of his wat to help customers.

I really enjoy coming in and talking to my customer service representative Tim Peterson. He is very knowledgeable and know how to treat his customers. I am a Car dealer myself and I know how I would want to be treated. And at Richmond BMW on West Broad, Tim does just that. He implement the look, listen and feel technique. He look at my situation. He then listen to what I need from him. Then he feel what I am asking and get it done. Thanks Tim Peterson for all you do for me and representing BMW.

My experience with my resent visit to Crown was, as usual, excellent. They gave me competitive pricing for set of tires on my 2014 X3. the service writer that I delft with was thorough and efficient, and may I add, courteous and fun to deal with. I was in and out quickly.

I love this place. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Travis Pearson was my service advisor and he was amazing. He ensured I understood what was going to happen to my car. Glad I came here.

Easy to schedule an appointment online. They keep in contact throughout the process. Vehicle was ready quickly. Not so sure they actually waxed it though?
