First off I LOVE MY NEW BMW X2!! Stephanie made this experience perfect for me! She responded to all of my calls/texts promptly and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle! She is the best! I am MORE than happy with my BMW experience and I LOVE my new car! As a lawyer, I'm always on the go (in and out of Court) this new X2 has become my sanctuary to decompress. It was 100% worth the wait! I love the new aggressive style. And the interior is so luxurious. THANK YOU STEPHANIE SO MUCH! You are truly a treasure.

Va is an exceptional employee. I will happily work with him again. We had 3 cars in back to back with Va and he handled it all perfectly. He knows us by name, keeps us up to date on our service and he is an excellent representative of BMW. I hope Va is able to continue to help us in the future.

I made an appointment online to test drive a 2023 430 and was told to come to the dealership. However, when I arrived, I was met by Martin, a salesman and I provided him with my email confirmation about the car, etc. Unfortunately, there was a couple already in the process of buying the car and it had not been communicated to him. Martin handled the situation exceptionally well and with care as this was an unfortunate situation. He introduced me to the 2024 i4 Edrive40 that matched exactly what I wanted. We took it for a test drive and I fell in love. After, he worked hard and diligently to negotiate with Hugh for numbers and was able to get it within my budget. I can’t thank both of them enough <3. If I could recommend Martin to the entire world, I would!

Martin was fantastic. We were on the fence about buying a used X3 from CarMax and had visited a few times. He worked hard to get us a fair deal and a brand new car for less than the used.

Stephon Ross is an excellent salesman. His customer relationship management is exceptional. The buying process was efficient up to the point a price was agreed to by all parties. I did not require financing and all parties knew it. It should have taken 15-30 minutes from the point a price was agreed to until I departed, but instead I left over two hours later. I was asked to provide my financial information as though I required financing. Once the final price and funds due were established, my bank, USAA, was ready to send a Dealer Funding Request to Richmond BMW so they could send the funds electronically; but I had to wait two hours to see the Richmond BMW finance/loan officer. I checked BMW's rates in advance and its lowest advertised rate was 2 percentage points higher than USAA's lowest advertised rate. The rate I received was even lower than the advertised rate so I knew BMW could not match it. I had considered buying a warranty but the unnecessary two-hour wait swayed me purchase a warranty elsewhere.
