Staff was nice and the facility made it comfortable however the estimated time I was given was hours off the actual time it took for the work to be done.

The Service Advisor (Mike Stevens) kept me informed about progress diagnosing and then fixing my car. He made sure the issue was properly handled. He also worked hard to provide me with a loaner; which was a difficult task given that I could not pre-plan the need to leave my car at the dealership for a little over a week.
