The Service Advisor (Mike Stevens) kept me informed about progress diagnosing and then fixing my car. He made sure the issue was properly handled. He also worked hard to provide me with a loaner; which was a difficult task given that I could not pre-plan the need to leave my car at the dealership for a little over a week.

Mike is the man.

Came in for routine state inspection and oil change. While the work took 2 hours I was able to relax in the customer lounge and enjoy a cup of coffee and a breakfast bar. The service advisor was helpful and professional.
