There was an issue with air conditioner when I purchased my first BMW.Steve the seller of my car worked with me to get the car repaired. Although, it took visits and several day to fix because a part had to be ordered. My car is running smoothly.I purchased a used car. One day I will purchase a newer vehicle but my car is fully loaded and new to me.

She was pleasant, not pushy, and NOT condescending which was refreshing in such a male dominant industry. She was very thorough in introducing me to the specifics of my new car, even coming quite a distance to my home on her day off to go through all the features of the far and app. It was a good buying experience.
