Good service

I had recently had my car in for service and was told there was no problem, but now the water pump needs replacing and there are 3 other items. My tires are also fairly new but I'm always told I need an alignment. How many alignments do new tires need? You sold me the tires.

The service team here is usually excellent. The communication could have been a little better this visit. I completely understand sometimes service cannot be completed same day, however it would have been nice if my service advisor had kept me updated about timeframe for my service.
