Everything went well except the length of time needed to obtain one of the tires I needed. Not exactly an issue with BMW, but an issue with the tire supplier I suppose.

Tom was attentive as usual. Service was performed on time. One reason I purchased a BMW was that loaner cars were available during service. Unfirtunately loaner cars are never available when service is required in an emergency or additional service is needed after a routine service visit.
