When I entered the dealership, I was connected with Jonathan, who was respectful, patient with this senior, and very knowledgeable. I came in because of a car that I wanted to buy that had been advertised at this dealership. He helped me get familiar with the car and made sure my questions were answered. Jonathan got me through the buying process, which was a notable achievement , since I had not bought a car in several years. One glitch-- I'm still waiting on receiving the spare key from the previous owner. The dealership is to let me know about that. I still haven't heard anything. It's very important to have a spare key.
