Took my bmw in April 20th on a Saturday for balance and alignment when got my car back I could tell something was worse then b4 so when I did the survey I was contacted Cindy and she informed Mike to have me bring my car back which I made a appointment for Tuesday and the problem was corrected wit the balance and alignment I’m very satisfied now thanks bmw team

I CAME TO GET AN OIL CHANGE. I LIVE ABOUT 60 MILES FROM THE DEALERSHIP. I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR AROUND 25 YEARS. I DECIDED TO GET A SCAN OF MY CAR WHILE I WAS THERE.

Martin Wahba, our sales consultant, provided us with a great experience. We had gone just to browse, but walked out after purchasing our new 530i XDrive. Our last BMW purchase was almost 20 years ago. But we had stopped considering BMW, due to poor service experiences. This was different, and we have been assured that going forward our ownership experience would be excellent.
