Both the Service Advisor and the Technician went over and above my expectations. They sent a video of what was done and extensive testing. I was impressed!

The quality of service was great yet it seemed that my service tech, VA, got annoyed when I declined service which I was able to do at my home and not have the dealership take care of.. He truly developed an attitude which I truly didn’t appreciate… I had to send a message to check on status of service as on my app my car hadn’t moved in a few hours yet he never responded..I had to call the service dept to get an update.. I don’t expect someone to be at my beck and call yet a response to my inquiry would have been nice. As I said, think he got mad because I refused the additional services..
