I had a significant event with BMW X7. The service department was extremely helpful throughout the repair of the vehicle. Mike Stevens made sure I was updated at every step. I feel Mike and the entire service department went above and beyond to make sure that we were a top priority. Mike and all the members of the Richmond BMW service department deserve a huge raise because I have had multiple service issues that have caused extreme stress and inconvenience to my family, yet they continue to maintain calm and professional attitude to assure that they would handle the situation in a timely manner.

Great service! From the time you walk in they acknowledge you. My Service Advisor Va Natale assisted me as my vehicle needed its regular servicing. He kept me informed all along and was completed earlier than he had mentioned. That was great!! Keeping my vehicle in top condition is my objective as I am considering getting into another vehicle.
