Mike was great. No issues with Richmond location. They are solid. Hence the 5 stars. However, because of my experience at the Alexandria location, I will never buy a BMW again.

Steve was great! Very nice and not pushy. He communicated very well. Finance was very nice too. Shout out to Ian in logistics for telling me that they had something that I was looking for!!!!

Service rep advised me of services due based on milage, and agreed to repair only the issues I wanted. Inspection & Repairs were completed and I was on my way in 2 hours.
