Very easy experience

My son-in-law had driven an X5 for several years and I was impressed with the car and after doing some research I came to Richmond BMW on Jan 1, 2024 to hopefully to find a suitable one to purchase. The showroom was neat, clean and had several new vehicles on display. Martin Wahba met me after only a few steps into the showroom. He was very personable and never pushy during the entire meeting. Inventory was limited that day but Martin suggested a new X5 that had been used for a few weeks as a service loaner. That car fit nicely into my criteria and we spent the next several hours sorting out the details and completing the sale. Martin was very knowledgeable of the car's operation and functions and spent ample time giving me a overview of the car. If given the opportunity I would certainly recommend Martin as well as Richmond BMW. FYI, this was my third 5 series BMW that I've I purchased from Richmond BMW in the last 25 years.

Needed brake service and tires, the cost of the service is out of hand.

Jacky and the team were amazing from start to finish! It was honestly the most hassle-free experience with buying a car that I’ve personally ever had. I asked for a particular vehicle and that is exactly what I got, she’s beautiful too!
