Everything went smoothly and the sales rep's Steve and Anneliese were great & very professional! They were with me every step of the way, from start to finish! They even called me after I returned back home to check to see if I made it home safely and was I satisfied with my vehicle purchase. I really appreciate them both & will do business with them again! However, the finance manager was more stone faced & strictly business than anyone else. I understand the business part but gosh dude I am spending $24K with you! LOL... Other than that, my family and I will be doing business with Richmond BMW again in the near future! Thanks & God Bless...

Working with Mike Stevens in the service dept is always a pleasure.

I wanted a hassle free and quick answer on the price. Worked directly with sales manager over phone/text. He was courteous and willing to negotiate. Landed on right price over phone and told him when i arrived to close the deal, i did not want to wait around. I was all set within 20 mins of arriving. The finance manager and associate i worked with to take possession of vehicle was great as well.

Exceeded expectations.
