I love Richmond BMW on West Broad. Mike Stevens and this dealership are the only place that touches our BMW's. I drive from Charlottesville and would tow from Charlottesville if necessary. I trust them to always do an excellent job and to be honest about maintenance and repair issues. If only other dealerships were this amazing but it's a very high standard.

The client representative (Annalise) was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the BMW. Whenever I asked a question and she wasn't sure, she got right up and found out the answer.If and when I'm ready to buy again I definitely will seek her out.
