Great experience with auto service

Kris was great to deal with and def knows the ins and outs of BMW better than any car salesperson I've dealt with before. I was shocked how long it took maintenance to figure out the battery issue on a new car and took them a while to make the call to pull a battery from another one so we could take the car, it worked out in the end but prob should make that call before customer has been waiting a while. but Kris was amazing during the whole transaction and handled it like a true professional.

Steve Lerner and Akshay were incredible as always! This is my third vehicle purchase and families seventh in in the last 3 years! They are always extremely professional and honest! 10/10
