On time, as promised service

I brough my 2013 BMW X5 into the dealership service department to have my hood release cable replaced. The service representative ordered the part a few days earlier and notified me that that the part had arrived. My wait was pleasant as usual and within a few hours my car was ready to go. I give high marks for excellent consistent service though out the year.

Found the car I wanted to purchase but the business office took forever due to the customer before and we sat around until 7pm. I had to come back on Monday to finalize transaction. It was not a big deal but it would have been nice to have left the store 2 hrs earlier knowing I’d have to come back.

The process of purchasing was quick and easy and the salesperson was very knowledgeable.

My experience was exceptional! My sales rep, Steve Lerner was amazing & professional & the manager was exceptional as well.
