I found this strange since my tires were rotated as part of the service and I would have thought that the technician would have checked the tire pressure. This was very disappointing. I had the tires checked and air added at a local tire dealer.

He was helpful and patient in demonstrating this electric vehicles' features and benefits, and answering questions about the two options. When I made the decision to purchase the 2024 iX, the transaction process was smooth and trouble free. And then Steve spent about an hour showing me all the charging and driving assistance features of the vehicle. He has also been responsive to follow up questions and requests. I am a satisfied customer.

Fast and easy. Disappointed that my car didn’t get washed. I understand the convertible cloth topnot going through a car wash, but it used to get washed in the past. I thought it got hand washed or at least power washed minus the top.
