Freddy did an amazing job fielding my original call (where I was just curious about my trade in value) and turning that into an opportunity for me considering and ultimately deciding on leasing a brand new iX!! He was very easy to work with. Freddy arranged for the iX to be there and charged up for me to test drive while the team evaluated my trade-in. I told him where I was price wise and by the time I finished the test drive, most of the numbers were crunched and I was well on my way to trading in my X5 and leasing a new iX all in the same day! Offer on the trade was fair. Final trade and purchase prices were in line with the online resources informed consumers use now.
