Mike in Service is excellent. He made the process easy and timely. I appreciate his services and follow through. He is an asset to the dealership. However, the dealership has issues. When I first contacted the dealership about my broken windshield I was directed to the Parts department. The quote I received was missing the "rain sensor" for $330. Then I was later quoted a price with $150hr labor. When I got the final invoice for $2,315. the Labor rate was $175hr and the Labor charge (nearly 6 hours) was almost $1,000. Yes State Farm would reimburse me but I could not believe how expensive it is to replace a windshield. Is it because my P&C insurer was covering the cost? The point I am making is I appreciate Richmond BMW's Service Help but if I have a repair that requires me to pay it I am less inclined now to bring it to this dealership. Just being candid.
