Great service, friendly staff!

Our BMW suffered a significant brake caliper failure far from our home in Arlington VA. Joshua was my service representative and he did a fine job of keeping me informed as parts were ordered and the work was done over several days. He was mindful of the fact that we were not Richmond residents, and tried to keep the repair process moving. I especially appreciated the video assessment of the problem and it's cause (which was a missing caliper bolt that was not fully tightened by a different repair shop). There was a one-day delay because Crown did not order a part that they needed, but Joshua compensated for that with some adjustments of the final bill, so I'm still giving 5-stars. The actual work done fixed the problem and the car is running well.

Service manager was very helpful No problems, he kept me informed on what was happening. The only downside was the cost of replacing the parking brake module. $2100.00!! I understand that owning a BMW is not for the faint of heart, but this was ridiculous

I have serviced my vehicles at Richmond BMW for 17 years and trust the service and parts departments withe the continuing care of my Z series cars.
