Performed recall on 2011 328I, quick and easy drop off. Even used the shuttle service to get back home. Finished in a timely manner, told me it would be an all day job and if the car off in the morning it could be done before they closed. I ended up choosing a time at 11, because I didn't mind picking up the car next day but they actually finished that afternoon.
